4 one-hour consultations with email feedback, access via text or phone, or email between sessions.

What is included in the 8 session package?
8 one-hour consultations with email feedback, access via text or phone, or email between sessions.
I use zoom to set up coaching sessions. This way it can be recorded and sent to my client so they can focus on being in the moment of the session rather than taking copious notes.
